At IJsExpress, we want to ensure that everyone can purchase the tastiest and best ice creams. You can buy ice cream from us in several ways. You can place your order yourself in our webshop. Prefer more convenience? Sign up as a route customer. We will come by with our trucks full of ice cream to fill your freezer. You don’t need to order in advance; the route salesperson in your area can advise you on what you should sell best and will fill your freezer directly from their truck. Unsure what option suits you best? Contact one of our colleagues; they are happy to help you further.
Do you want to be completely taken care of? Sign up as a customer via the customer card. We will then contact you within one working day to get acquainted and discuss your needs. Do you already know what you want and would you like to place an order right away? Then order in the webshop and create an account.
We deliver your order to your freezer within 5 working days. You will be notified within 48 hours on working days about when we will deliver your order.
You can take advantage of a special ‘freezer deal’ with us. You purchase a freezer and receive a free ice cream package with it. Here, you can find all the freezers. In the details of each freezer, you can read which ice creams you will receive for free. You can quickly and easily order the freezer via the webshop. We will request it for you from our partner Veld Koeltechniek. They will ensure that the freezer is delivered to you within 5 working days. When the freezer is delivered, we will come and place the free ice cream in your freezer.
